Had an awful experience with my checking account. This bank would not help me at all. Very upsetting and very frustrated! I guess I will just have to watch my back from now on because this bank can screw you over pretty good.

I dealt with someone named Tim in customer service. Great customer service and he answered all my questions in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long to speak someone.

Tried to open a checking account online but was told to come in so they could service me better. I don't know what that means if I can't open one online then why would I go in to try if they say they can't. That's wasting both our times. Sent an email and never got an answer back.
