There is always always something new to dispute! Whether it be with duplicate or extra fee charges, their "fine print" policies, holds, or system set up on available balance versus actual balance; the "customer service" response is always negative without satisfactory resolution for the customer. I have never had issues like this with any bank in my decades of banking. It's ridiculous.

Multiple times I’ve had my work check deposited and should of been in my account but says pending. I received numerous late fees because of this and AmeriCU says they have no idea why this is happening. Great answer

Ive had a couple auto loans from here. They beat the interest rates so they won! I've also had some issues with my account "not their fault or mine" and they were very helpful straightening it out. As far as posts about lines. There are also Kiosks and I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

Would never use this place again. So much fine print and they made me lose 200 dollars by not explaining a simple fact, almost like they meant to. I believe they don't explain things properly because they want you to lose your hard earned money. Also called me a liar to my face, and after I PROVED IWAS correct with a phone call, the old lady still didn't apologize. I will never bank here with this company again, and would not recommend anyone does. If you want a great credit union try Auburn federal Credit Union. Also of you want a new credit union with cool features try the one over by the prison. I forget it's name right now but I know they have some really cool features. Empower I believe it is called.

Most Americu branches are great, and the office staff here have been very helpful in the past, but the tellers have an attitude and the branch manager doesn’t care.
I had an issue with a teller, who made it very clear she could help me with my issue but absolutely refused to. I went to another branch and got the issue resolved no problem. I should not have had to do that. The branch manager was rude when she reached out to me. There was no admittance that the issue should have been resolved, and said I was able to get it resolved at another branch because they weren’t following proper protocol.

Don't bank here.
Closed my account 2 years ago, somehow they reopened it and someone charged money to it.
I moved away, and they attempted to allegedly contact me which they did not.
Even with all the evidence that it was their fault I'm still on the hook for an illegal transfer from an account that I closed and have paperwork for being closed.
tldr.. Americu is a bunch of scammers.
