Very helpful and patient with me and every customer I’ve seen her engage with. She is the main reason I have stuck with them so long. Great service and communication. I never been to one of these places and I had to come in and I am glad I choose the one that I did cus I think her name was Shellie. She was very kind and gave me all the info that I needed when I asked. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the help and her generosity of the information. I would recommend going to her. A few weeks ago I went by this location due to an major blunder with Citizens Bank, now my former bank. I needed an paycheck cashed and Shelley handled everything for me promptly and extremely professionally. I am no longer dealing with Citizens Bank anymore, and I have a new bank, but in my desperate time of need for money Shelley was a true life saver for me. This is pretty neat that I sign up for my new Flare debit card temporary first wait for few weeks check the mailbox and i got my new debit card. Got rid of first one shredded. I'm satisfied with the service

Extremely rude customer service inside and my account was sent to collections before the grace period was over!! They do terrible business and need to fire their entire staff and start over. It’s many places you can get a loan, I’d choose anywhere but here!
