I only clicked a 1 star, because there isn't a zero. Worst bank in the general area. Employees are ignorant and rude and they always having problems with their systems. Management has no clue what they are doing, or they just don't care. Doesn't really matter why, in the end, you will be left holding the ball. Then in 4-6 months, when you are fed up with it, you will be on here posting a 1 star and an angry post too. You don't have to be a part of that sad, tired story. If you bank with them, you did so against all this advice, and you get what you deserve. There is better out there for you and your money for sure. Find it.

There are good people who work here, but serious problems with their debit card services. This is what you should prepare for when choosing this bank: Your card will randomly not work. It will happen at the worst possible time, like when you are at the grocery store with a cart full of groceries, or when you are renting a car and getting ready to leave on a trip. When you call, they will direct you to their card services representative who has skill level zero of problem solving, or communicating. She will become rude and yell at you and you will hang up with nothing accomplished wondering why you ever trusted them to keep your money for you. You will still be sitting there needing to pay for goods or services, and wont be able to do so, with zero understanding of the problem, or the path to resolution. There are better choices for long term banking that exist for sure. The reader should take the time to do the research of pros and cons, carefully. And now queue the automated customer response that they send to all negative reviews. ;)

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. This bank is the least reliable, schemey, and just downright unprofessional bussiness let alone a bank, who you're supposed to trust with your money, Ive ever heard of. Garbage customer service, Garbage policies, and a bare minimum of effort by every emoloyee involved. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER

I’ve been with this bank for a few years and I really enjoy the kind, knowledgeable staff and their benefits programs. It’s not intimidating.. like my last bank. I think it’s a very comfortable environment to ask questions and walk in when I need to! They were also very helpful and fast acting when my card got lost, I called and they helped me handle the situation before anything could happen to my money.

I have been with first national since 1990... This branch is the slowest I have ever seen a bank move. Since I love the bank overall, I'm giving them 3 stars. But this branch on main moves like molasses.

Will be changing banks ASAP they are too small to help people out when needed atm CASH deposits made DURING buissnes hours still aren't processed for 2 days. They have ZERO regard for circumstances involving overdraft fees no 24 hour access to support been with this bank for 4 years and I regret every minute of it.

I initially opened my loan with 1st National because they were easy to work with. I could always talk on the phone or in person to someone if I had any problems. Right after they finished construction on their new headquarters, they sold off my loan and processing to a company on the east coast and the entire transfer process as been nothing but an incompetent mess. It seems that 1st national didnt care about their customers and only wanted bragging rights on a fancy new building that they could only afford by selling off their customers to the highest bidder. Ill never work again with a bank that throws their customers away for a quick buck.
