Their low balance fees is robbery. I am a single mom so that $5 means a lot more to me than it does a stupid bank. Obviously if I have a low balance in my account I don’t have money so why take what tiny bit I have left? I’m going back to fifth third.

I just love everything about Sharefax Lebanon, all that is offered and especially the people. Everyone of them has been so helpful and kind to me and my family. We have a small business account and they have been very helpful with this also.

I’ve been with sharefax since I was a kid. The past two years since I started my business has been nothing but issues and headaches. The lady’s at the Lebanon location are super friendly but the new manager is rude as rude gets he never even smiles back when I wave leaving the bank. but it seems as if every week there’s yet another issue with my account. The app hardly ever works. My account is constantly being tagged as fraud and it gets locked down I call to figure out why I can’t use my card and they say there was fraud when it wasn’t. Then all my cards get canceled and by the time I get my new card they have done it again. I haven’t had a working debit card in over a month. Every time I write a high value check they refuse to cash it to the person I wrote it to saying I didn’t write the check. Every time I bring a check in over $500 they hold it for 5 days!! Even though when making my business account they said I can cash anything up to 1500 without a hold. I got the covid grant for my business and they tried to hold the government check which isn’t allowed. I can’t run a business if I don’t have access to my accounts. The mason location is full of rude inconsiderate people. I will be switching to another bank on Monday as I am tired of the constant disruption. I do not recommend using this bank ever. They have lost a very loyal customer.

The people working behind the counter seemed nice, but the *branch manager was surprisingly rude. He was also lazy. For logistical reasons, I needed to transfer a special account to a different financial institution. Unfortunately, he was the only one who was able to do the transfer. He did so in a way that was easier for him, but cost me more money and a lot more time. I was trying to understand why he was so caustic; I assumed that he was angry because I was moving to a different bank. However, after reading @Caleb Mader's review, I now suspect that's just his general demeanor.
*I assume he was the branch manager; I couldn't read his name tag.
Smaller-statured, middle-aged, bald, white guy with his nose hanging out of his mask so far that I could see his mustache.

I have been a member at Sharefax Credit Union for as long as I can remember. The customer service is, and always has been very pleasant. We just recently started a small business and needed some help setting up our business account. Sharefax Credit Union in Lebanon was very helpful with the process.

I have been a member of Sharefax for 10+ years. My husband has always been anti-Credit Union & prefers to work with the big banks believing we get more options. Recently we decided to add a HELOC to our mortgage we reached out to both our Big Bank & Sharefax. Jeanette from Sharefax was quick to respond with a phone call to collect info to get started. She kept us up to date through the whole process, explaining each step as moved along. Everything was completed through emails and a couple of phone calls until the closing. Jeanette let us know we could go to a closer branch to our home if we preferred as the Lebanon branch was a bit further than we wanted to drive. She set up the appointment to fit our schedule on a Saturday. When we arrived at the local Evendale branch, Tasha had all of our paperwork ready to sign. Took less than 15 minutes at the branch. Tasha confirmed that when Jeanette takes care of a loan the paperwork is always ready to go without hassle. Tasha was super easy to work with as well.
The complete process took just over 2 weeks and with the efficient communication we received throughout & the ease of the process my husband is now reconsidering utilizing Sharefax for some of our other banking needs!!
