They are an ok bank, they are not a good place to go for a mortgage. They don't inform you of what's happening as it's happening. They give you information really late or not at all. They messed up our house settlement and closure because our Loan officer (Doug) barely communicated with us throughout the process. If you want actual customer service from a loan officer who will actually inform you of what's happening as it happens, who actually listens to you and will communicate what's happening, don't go here. This isn't the place for that.

Great hometown bank! Third generation banking here.almost gave a Four star because of the difficulty of the recent update to the online banking. But it’s figured out now.

Stuck in the stone ages! Bill information not readily available, monthly paper bills may or may not show up on time, and their online interface has not been updated since the invention of the flip phone. In summary, they use wood burning stoves for heat and candles for light. They are behind the power curve both in adaptability and customer service. Bank elsewhere unless you want you money accounted for on stone tablets.

Doors say tyey close at 12pm on Saturdays they were closed by 11:30. Change your hours if your gonna close early.

The original location of this local bank, which is one of the few in Lancaster County that haven't been bought out by some big bank. Excellent service, few fees, no mailed statement fee.

Time to find another bank. I am on 3 different debit card accounts with my daughters. All 3 of their cards have been hacked several times in the past 2 years. They definitely have a security issue. I went in today to the Martin St location and met with Joshua Swartz. Extremely rude and poor customer service. I asked why this keeps happening and he just wanted to argue with me like we did something wrong. Instead of trying to help and make me feel better he went straight into other banks get hacked too. Not 9 times on 3 accounts. Moving all accounts

We drove close to an hour to be told my request was "too time consuming" as they will be closing soon and are too busy being a drive up only location. I get off work every day at 3pm, most branches close at 4, and I purposely drove the addition time since this location stated it was open until 5pm. When I arrived at 4:27pm today, no agent was at the window. The agent that "helped" us was named Holly, and spent more time making excuses than actually offering advise. At one point she recommended I just use the Internet for the information. If I wanted to look it up, as I did before arriving, I would have... Needless to say, I am weighing my options on banking elsewhere. Highly recommend staying away from this branch!!!

I do not recommend this bank for businesses. I have never had so many transactions rejected by a bank for no apparent reason. I have been trying to get them to STOP rejecting transactions from Facebook/Meta related to digital ads and I'm told there is nothing they can do, I simply have to keep calling and have the transactions manually approved. There is also a $750 daily limit on debit card transactions, which is absurd for a business account. Had I known that, I never would have used this bank. What good is having money in the bank if the bank won't let you spend it?
