I’ve had great experiences in the past when I went in person. Now that I live farther away I can not reach anyone by phone. I always get the robot and voicemail option. A person should be hired to solely answer customer calls. The number of times I called and reached nobody has been unbelievable. Very disappointed by this. And this is for all tendto locations.
I will take this post down if and when this issue changes.

I usually have no problem with this bank, until today when I called 14 times with no answer. All the mailboxes are full. Two of the times I called, someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone before I could even say anything. I’m extremely frustrated that not even the customer service number will pick up. currently looking into new banks in the area.

I do not know what’s going on there…are they under new management and if so….horrible! I called twice now with no return phone call, tried to call a third and fourth time but both locations mail boxes are full. May be time to discontinue their services..very disappointing

If I could rate lower, I would. Ever since day one, we have had the worst experience with this business. I’ve had a lot of terrible banking experiences, but nothing as bad as Tendto. Ever since the first day’s in-person experience up until recently through mailing, phone calls, and emails, the staff has been disrespectful, nearly useless, and factually incorrect. Calling this location has a VERY LOW chance of you getting a call back. Leaving a voicemail does almost nothing. They would not answer calls or respond to voicemails/emails for MONTHS. They would not accept our payments out of nowhere, would not answer as to why, and then charged us for not having been in contact soon enough. Due to scheduling and the risks with the pandemic, going in person has been nearly impossible. So, after months of calling and leaving voicemails from three different numbers alongside emails, we finally got in contact with Becky from the Erie location. I have never had a customer service representative be so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her information was consistently incorrect with contact info, payment info, and more. She had hung up on us multiple times only to call back because she had failed to get the information she needed. I do not have names for the other staff members that had also been less than ideal, but even mailed information is mistyped along with false information. I am typically very understanding of having bad days/mistakes, but I’m astounded with how consistently terrible this company has been. We cannot wait to finish our current business with them, and we will never return. I highly advise you find another place to do your business with as well. Thanks for nothing, Tendto.

As a person with over 20 years of customer service experience, I would like to share the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. Tanya, who reassured me she doesn't handle customer calls, called me back after I left an angry message about a customer's inability to get anyone to answer the phone. I was calling to tell them I was in a NEAR-FATAL automotive accident which resulted in my vechicle being a total-loss. All Tanya was concerned about was the number of days my auto loan payment was delinquent. She never once asked me how I was physically, or mentally feeling after a major traumatic event in my life. She insinuated I was lying about the accident, because my insurance company had not been in contact with them. That's because the insurance adjuster just got ahold of me minutes before I made the initial phone call to Tendto! I did eventually lose my temper, but I was insulted beyond belief. I'm sorry, and I'm not proud of the way I handled myself. However, this was the point in the conversation where Tanya thought it was appropriate to aggressively condemn my behavior and refuse to help me any further unless we did things on her terms. That's when I respectfully ended the call. If this is considered a standard way to conduct business, then I think it's fair to say this credit union is undoubtedly the worst when it comes to customer service.

Honestly a terrible bank. Their slogan that they "tend to" care is highly inaccurate. I've experienced minimal communication, sub-par customer service, and my online account is "inactive" even though I am still making payments to them. I will 100% not be banking with Tendto for any future needs and would advise you do the same.

If it were possible I would give a negative 5 star rating... they NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return calls...not to mention logging in to on line banking only seems to work about 10 percent of the time... Nothing like the credit union used to be..a real shame...
