I was a customer of a large bank once, but I was only "an account", not a person. They were very good at taking fees and giving very little back. When I discovered Team First Federal Credit Union, I was blown away by their courtesy and service to their members. I will never return to "banks." I will always be thankful to Team First for extending "credit" to me, ie loans and credit card. They are small, yes, but they are wonderful!

I’v been a member with team first For a long time, back when they were teamsters. I appreciate all the help they have giving me through the years. I have worked mostly with Judy and I can’t say enough about How wonderful she is. All the staff are very sweet, so I will continue to do business with them. Great job to all the staff and a special shout-out to Judy!

Absolute disrespectful employee by the name of Judy working for Team First Federal Credit Union. She has threatened all small businesses by turning in any small business that needs to operate to make it through difficult times during an event that no one can control. I don't know where "Team First" comes in but it is sure not with your local businesses operating in the state of Pennsylvania.

Not sure about the rest of the people at this credit union, but Judy DeLeo is a rude and crude person, and not to mention, a snitch. Won't even think once about doing business here.

They have always been there for me. I have been a member for over 30 years. Have had accounts at other banks and never got the service like they give here it is AMAZING!!!!!

This is in response to Fred /Yolanda Waters since we can't respond as the business for some reason. As of Feb. 7, 2023, we had a serious staffing issue where we were forced to reduce our hours. The hours were clearly posted on the door and they are also on our website. The person who was inside working was NOT able to tend to members which is precisely why the Lobby was closed. Again, everything was clearly marked and clearly posted on our website along with "we apologize for the inconvenience" . Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond one's control. We strive to keep everyone happy.
