The app and website are both severely outdated, and any issues you experience there prompt you to call the store. Whenever you call the store you are connected with an incredibly rude woman that wants to get off the phone with you as soon as possible and directs you to the broken/outdated online options that don't work which is why someone in 2021 is calling the bank in the first place. Keep in mind that it is not always the same person but as far as i can tell they only hire incredibly rude people that have 0 interest in assisting anyone. It is also important to note that they will tell you they can't help you until you get shuffled around to 3 different phone numbers which all lead back to the same place until they simply do what you called and would have taken 14 seconds to do in the first place. All in all the part of the bank that holds money is fine, but the people employed and the technology they are attempting to use are just not focused on assisting their service users.

What once was a great credit union is now a disaster. Employee’s have a horrible attitude and customer service is severely lacking. It’s been months and the online and mobile banking is still horribly messed up. The response I keep getting is ‘we are working on it’. Nothing but excuse after excuse. Closed my accounts and moving on.....

Are they actually up with the times or is it just me? I have a check from a former employer and there is a 10 day hold? Not the first time they did this to me..I once had a personal check from a friend in the amount of 5000.00 dollars and that took almost 2 weeks for the funds to be available to me. Anybody else ever had an issue with this?
