Nicole made the loan process so easy! Did online application, a quick phone call, and a few emails back & forth. Took more time to drive from downtown than the actual loan signing required. A+++ Customer Service!

This bank has been my go- to local bank for a long time. Even with all the quarantine going on, they were able to assist me with no problems. A big shout out to Malia and Byanca for their kind service and setting up everything I needed with ease. Thank you for always being friendly, it means a lot.

This new way of loging into your online banking for a business account using a token is the absolute worst! It never works I haven't been able to log on to my online banking account since going to the new service! Who ever thought getting a password sent to a little keychain device was a better idea than having a code sent straight to your phone via text, come to the party... it's the 21st century everyone is carrying a phone and most people do their online banking from a smart phone not a little keychain that doesn't work consistently. Come on hilltop let's use common sense and and make it easier and more convenient for the consumer.

I've banked here since 1994 and tried again to close an account that has been inactive for over 2 years. I'm required to close the account in person which is difficult because I live over 1500 miles away. In a small twist of irony, I spoke with a grumpy woman named "Joy". Perhaps the relentless wind and awful weather has something to do with it?

Normally love this bank. When I was opening my kiddos bank account he was asking about account policies and she was giving good info. But I did not appreciate her saying she was giving my child motherly advice. The way she said it sounded rude and the fact that what she wad saying made him nervous about getting an account to begin with. And even he left saying she made him uncomfortable and said she's not my mom why did she say it like that. Just something to think about.
