Never ending password and phone app problems. Takes hours to get ahold of a real person from WYHY! The rent a tellers from the so called "shared services" are helpful as a 2 legged horse.

Currently using WyHy for a loan and not only did my autopay stop working but it took them about 12 days before notifying me about it. after all of that I have to also reconnect my main bank account with them so now I'm about 20 days passed my loan payment all because of the slow customer service.

Ever since the remodel the customer service and service in general has just gone downhill. Very short-staffed and making multiple people do multiple jobs and it is increasing the time it takes to take care of customers.
each time you talk to somebody on the phone and they promise call back those promises are never kept. anytime you need something you have to call them and bug them over and over and over to get anything done.
I've applied for a loan two weeks ago and still have yet to hear an answer about it. who's the loan manager said they would make a decision and let me know by the end of today (8/1/19) And nobody has called me back and they are closed for the day.
This is highly unacceptable and poor member service. after I find out about the loan and whether or not I got it I am going to be switching banks because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Samantha made my car purchase so smooth and stress free for me. I haven't bought a new car in 15 years, so it was an unfamiliar process to me. She was incredibly prompt and personable. Overall, I am impressed with WyHy. I appreciate you Samantha!! :) Thank you

WyHy has the worst telephone service. They solely rely on the “shared branch” network to not-help its customers over the phone. There is no way to actually reach someone over the phone at WyHy. Shared branch can’t do much since they are at other brands of credit unions. My debit card gets randomly shutdown without any calls or other notifications. You get to find out when you go to use it. Called WyHy and only get the useless shared branch. Also needed to have a question answered about a loan payment l, called, waited on hold for fifteen minutes before getting hung up on. You have to go to the physical location to get literally anything done. I will be switching banks. What a shame. Tried to keep it local. Your loss. Bye bad customer service!

Great bank and friendly. Slowly switching all my banking to here. Only down side I found out is you can’t get a direct line here, all calls go to the call center in Cheyenne.
